Lights of Hope - First Annual ACS CAN Event at Slack Plaza

logo On September 27th, at Slack Plaza, from 6:30-8:30pm, we will host our FIRST Lights of Hope event.
Prior to this event: For $100 donation, the organization will get as many bags as needed to a classroom, so the kids can decorate them, and they will be front and center at the event on the 27th.

These can go to a specific classroom, for your kid, godchild, niece, nephew, or to a specific TEACHER, as a way honor them. There will be a class sign up sheet so the kids can find them easily at the event. This isn't just for little kids, maybe you have a scout troop or an art class who would love to do it.

At the event: There will have music, speakers, and light of hope bags lit up to remember those we have lost and honor those who are fighting or have survived.

Seeing all the bags lit up is a moving reminder why cancer research funding is so important.
